Join us for A Taste of African Heritage, a free 6-week nutrition class held every Wednesday from 10 AM–12 PM starting May 14th. Hosted in partnership with the Health Promotion Council, this series blends culture and wellness to explore traditional African foods and healthy cooking habits.
